Now that you have all of the required information together and you have completed the Fax Application you will need to FAX ALL OF THE DOCUMENTS TO - 1.209.476.8078 - so that our technicians can establish your account on the web servers and set-up your user name and password. Once your account has been approved, it usually takes a few hours or less but can take as long as 48 hours on weekends and holidays, you will receive an email stating that your account is activated. In this email you will also find the user name and password that you will use to access the wholesale purchasing area of this web site.
